When Sewell Computer first started publishing Web Sites in 1995, we spent 6 months searching and testing the Internet for a high-quality host. We're very pleased that our provider has performed exceptionally over the years, and that we have not needed to raise our hosting costs. We are continually looking for ways to help our clients benefit from the Internet.

Now, 6 years later, the landscape of the Internet is vastly different. Other providers have appeared - some good, others not so good. Always on the lookout for new services, Sewell has searched for ways to make your Internet experience more cost effective. Over the past 6 months, we've been testing several new service providers, and have found one that stands out. We are now pleased to make this service available to our clients.

**** New Basic Web Hosting Plan ****

Sewell is now offering a new "Basic Hosting" plan. For $250/year, you get all the features of our current Basic Plan and more - E-mail redirection, weekly statistics, CGI support, forms processing, Domain Name hosting, redundant high speed Internet Service, battery and generator power backup, etc.

Which sites can be hosted with the new Basic Plan? First, everyone being hosted at SNJ.COM is eligible. That means that for a nominal increase in annual rentals, you can move your site from SNJ.COM to your own domain!

In addition, many of you with existing Deluxe Domains are eligible! This means serious savings. Though certain restrictions do apply, most existing Domains are eligible for this new plan. Those that do not qualify include e-commerce/shopping sites, sites with e-mail auto responders, and high traffic sites.

If your Domain does not qualify, do not worry - we're reducing the prices on our Deluxe Hosting Plan from $650/yr to $500/yr. This way, everyone wins!

**** How to take advantage of the new pricing plans ****

For those enrolled in the Deluxe Plan, you need do nothing. The change will appear on your next invoice.

For those who want to take their current Deluxe plan into the Basic plan, please give us a call or drop us an e-mail to review your eligibility.

For those who want to take their SNJ hosted site to it's own Domain, just give us a call or drop us an e-mail. We'll help you select a Domain Name, and get the ball rolling on your new Domain!
